A well-painted wall shows no roller marks, no patching and no shadows under raking light. That has little to do with the paint — and everything to do with what happens before it. We treat every surface as a substrate to prepare, not an area to cover.

Substrate condition, damp, exposure and the finish you are after.
Preparation
Protect, repair, sand, seal. The longest stage, and the most important.
Application
Primer and finishing coats, with proper drying times in between.
Review
Inspection in natural and artificial light, touch-ups and handover.

Does the quote include surface preparation?
Yes. Preparation is set out stage by stage in the proposal, so you know exactly what is included.
Which paints do you use?
We work with CIN paint systems, chosen according to the substrate, the room and the exposure.
Do you paint façades exposed to sun and sea air?
Yes. Outside, the choice of system and the preparation of the substrate are what make a finish last in a coastal climate like the Algarve's.
Is the work guaranteed?
Work carried out by Master's Touch is covered by the applicable legal guarantee and/or the guarantee set out in the contract, according to the nature and type of work. The guarantee covers workmanship defects attributable to the work carried out. It does not cover problems arising from damp or water ingress of external origin, structural causes, work by third parties, improper use, lack of maintenance, force majeure or areas that were not worked on.
How much does it cost to paint a villa in the Algarve?
It depends on the area, the condition of the substrate and the right system for each surface, so a reliable figure only comes after seeing the house. We visit, measure and send a proposal set out stage by stage. The site visit and quote are at no cost.
Do you paint villas in Vilamoura, Almancil and Quinta do Lago?
Yes. We work across the Algarve: Lagos, Portimão, Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Albufeira, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Vale do Lobo, Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Loulé, Faro and Tavira. Outside the Algarve by arrangement.
