What we collect
Through the quote request form we collect your name, email, phone number, contact preference and whatever you choose to share about your project (service, property type, area, location and message).
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the details contained in that message.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you go ahead, manage the contract. It is not used for marketing without your explicit consent and is never sold to third parties.
The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Service providers
Form submissions are handled by a form delivery service (Web3Forms), which forwards the enquiry to our email. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data only on our behalf. An up-to-date list of providers is available on request by email.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not go ahead are kept for 12 months. Client records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@masterstouch.pt.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or third-party cookies. To know where a quote request came from, we temporarily store the campaign parameters that brought you here in your browser (sessionStorage); this is cleared when you close the tab. We also remember the language you choose (a technical mt_lang cookie and localStorage), only to open the site in that language next time.
This website does not use any analytics tools.
Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, you may refer it to CIMAAL, the Algarve consumer arbitration centre (www.consumoalgarve.pt), or to another alternative dispute resolution body listed on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
