Painters and decorators in Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago

Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago sit side by side in the municipality of Loulé, yet the houses we have worked on here could hardly be more different. In Almancil we painted a traditional single-storey house with a balustraded parapet and a garden wall on the street: pressure washing, resin, a full skim coat in fibre-reinforced mortar and CIN 100% acrylic paint. In Vale do Lobo the work was inside a villa with a double-height living room and a mezzanine: plasterboard, a plaster-style skim coat, walls, ceilings, doors and wardrobes. In Quinta do Lago, a two-storey villa with a colonnaded porch swapped its yellow façades for a pale grey-green, with white columns, cornices and window surrounds. What the three share is exposure: strong sun for much of the year, salt air and, often, owners who are not here all year round. That is why we work from a proposal set out stage by stage, with a single point of contact from site visit to handover.
